RESUMEN
El afilamiento del tendón del oblicuo superior està indicado cuando, tras un test de ducción forzada positivo al inicio, consigue ser negativizado tras insistir en la maniobra. Tras aislar el tendón se localiza el engrosamiento, normalmente de aspecto nodular, y se elimina con tijeras, afilando el tendón de manera que pueda pasar correctamente por la tróclea.

RESUM
L’afilament del tendó de l’oblic superior està indicat quan, després d’un test de ducció forçada inicialment positiu, aquest es torna negatiu després d’insistir en la maniobra. Un cop aïllat el tendó, es localitza l’engruiximent, normalment amb aspecte nodular, i s’elimina amb tisores, afilant el tendó de manera que pugui passar correctament per la tròclea.

ABSTRACT
Tendon trimming of the superior oblique is indicated when, after an initially positive forced duction test, the result becomes negative after repeating the maneuver. Once the tendon is isolated, the thickened area, usually nodular in appearance, is located and removed with scissors, trimming the tendon in such a way that it can pass properly through the trochlea.
